Our Philosophy
Harborlight's kitchen draws from the surrounding coastline, farms, and seasons. Every ingredient tells a story of place -- harvested at its peak and treated with reverence.
The menu changes with the tides. What arrives at dawn shapes the evening's offering. This is cooking without shortcuts, where patience and proximity to source replace complexity.
Dinner served Wednesday through Sunday. Seatings at 5:30pm and 8:00pm.
Tasting menu $195 per guest. Wine pairing $110.
